What is High Blood pressure?
When your heart beats, it pumps blood round your body to give it the energy and oxygen it needs. As the blood moves, it pushes against the sides of the blood vessels. The strength of this pushing is your blood pressure. If your blood pressure is too high, it puts extra strain on your arteries (and your heart) and this may lead to heart attacks and strokes.

What are the causes of high blood pressure?
1.Your Stressful Schedule
Chronic stress, like the kind you experience every day during your 9-to-5, can significantly increase your blood pressure.
2.Your Excess Baggage
Weight is one of the biggest contributors to high blood pressure. But then again, it differs from person to person. Some people can be extremely heavy and their blood pressure is normal, while others can gain just a little weight and their blood pressure goes through the roof.
3. Genes
Genetics certainly play a major role in your blood pressure, but that doesn’t mean one's fate is sealed if his old man had the condition. Even if someone have the genetic burden, he may be able to override it by leading an active lifestyle.
4.Your Lack of Exercise
Lack of activity doesn’t just contribute to your growing waistline—it greatly ups your risk for high blood pressure, too.

I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
ReplyDeleteliver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
